No-Shows & Cancelation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we appreciate your consideration in these matters. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented the following policy:

• 24-hour notice: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of $25 will be applied.
• No-shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, a fee of $35 will be applied.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule for another time. In this case, the full service fee will still apply.

Payment of fees: Any fees incurred due to late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival will be charged to the credit card on file.

Exceptions: We understand that exceptions may be necessary in certain situations. If you have an emergency or exceptional circumstance, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives.

Purpose: Our policy is designed to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients. By giving us adequate notice, you allow us to accommodate other clients and maintain a smooth operation.
